Number Lists Number Lists uploaded by our clients are not imported into our number database for use by other clients.
a Number List uploaded by a client may contain numbers that exist in our database of existing numbers, we do not segment or reserve those existing numbers for exclusive use that same client.
Fax numbers from our Number List are provided by us and are done so at our discretion and numbers may be removed with no notice to clients.
Opt Out We provide a mechanism to ensure each recipient has the opportunity to OPT-OUT. Opt out requests are web based and ensure that recipients who request an opt out, are flagged and removed automatically. We provide clients with a unique client code that their recipients can use to stop receiving any further information from the sender.
Compliance and Responsibilities We supports the self-regulatory efforts of the direct marketing industry and conforms to the guidelines set down in the Australian Direct Marketing Association (ADMA) Code of Practice.
By using FaxBroadcasting.com.au and using these services, clients must agree to operate within all the guidelines of this Privacy Policy.
Clients recipients should only be those prospects who they believe would benefit from a product or service or those that would appreciate receiving such information. Fax broadcast content should clearly present the clients company, its product or ideas. Each fax must not contain any illegal or inflammatory or racist content.
Clients are required to mark all documents for fax transmission with clearly identifiable information on their organisation and how to unsubscribe, such as a fax number, telephone number and/or e-mail address or the automated opt out instructions.
Clients are required to maintain their own unsubscribe / opt-out lists and upload those to the Fax Broadcasting admin portal. There is no other way to ensure opt outs requests are be omitted from future transmissions.
Privacy Act Compliance We support the protection of consumers' privacy rights as a fundamental element of our business and adhere to the National Privacy Principles, and at the same time comply with the Australian Privacy Act 2000.
